Die Fläche für die Modellbahnanlage kann auf ca. 2×3 Meter geschätzt werden. Da der Schattenbahnhof im nachbarraum über einen Wanddurchbruch erreicht werden soll, ergibt sich daraus eine schmale Paradaestrecke an der Wand entlang als Verbindung zu Modellbahn selbst.
